We cannot make any changes once an order is placed, but you can contact us to cancel your order and place a new one instead. Please note, we can only cancel an order before it was processed and shipped, once the order is processed we cannot cancel the order.

2. I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
If an item is missing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the missing item's name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
3. How can I check the order status if I purchased it as a guest?
When you placed the order, we have already registered a Vant Panels account with your email address automatically. Customers can reset the passwords on the website and log in to the Vant Panels account to check the order status then.
4. International Orders?
We do not accept international orders on the Vant website due to the risk of fraud and shipping-duty fees, if you would like to place an international order please feel free to email us at email@example.com with your desired order and the shipping location, and we will quote accordingly. We can accept payment via EFT or major Credit Card.
